Mission Statement:

The Our Lady of Lourdes Pro-Life Group  is dedicated to the promotion, support,  reverence, and respect for all human life  from conception until natural death,  without regard to condition, quality, age  or creed, whether born or pre-born.


Our Goals and Activities:

To educate as the evils of abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, and  embryonic stem cell research by:

• urging our clergy to deliver pro-life messages to their people

• distributing pro-life materials wherever possible

• providing pro-life speakers to our schools

• spreading pro-life messages to other organizations and friends to urge them to action

• writing letters to the editor of newspapers on timely issues

To assist those in problem pregnancies by:

• giving financial support and/or baby items to various crisis pregnancy centers

• volunteering time at centers as necessary

• witnessing at abortuaries

To contact legislators to urge them to vote pro-life

To assist with fund-raising within our Group, and also fundraising to  support our state organization, New Jersey Right to Life

To participate in pro-life marches and rallies during the year

To urge all men, women, and children to pray that people everywhere  will turn away from the culture of death and embrace the Culture of  Life, revering life as our greatest gift from God, our Creator.

Becoming a Member:

We invite all parishioners to join and help in the vital cause for LIFE. Meetings are minimal, and you can do as much as your personal obligations allow. We can correspond and be active by phone and/or email.
