Textbook & Curriculum

Each student will receive a textbook as part of their registration fee. Students are expected to bring their textbooks to class. If a student continues to forget their book it will reflect in their grade as being unprepared.

Students must replace lost textbooks by purchasing new ones.

The textbook series used in all grades is the Sadlier Parish Editions.

This program offers the following approach:

• A reflection on the child's life
• Sound Catholic Doctrine
• Activities to help the child interiorize and make a decision to live the values presented
• Prayer and Liturgy lessons
• Family pages and notes to help the family explore the lesson content with the child and suggest family activities

The Sadlier Program attempts to reach out to the student in an atmosphere that creates a natural, joyous response. Each grade level is directed toward attaining the deepest spiritual growth possible at the child's stage of development.

Grade 3: We are the Church

Grade 4: God's Law Guides Us

Grade 5: We Meet Jesus in the Sacraments

Grade 6: We are God's People

Grade 7 & 8: New Testament, Liturgy & Worship, Creed I, Creed II, Morality & Church History
